Notion AI — Is it worth it? (My First Impressions)

We are officially in the AI era 🤖

It used to be crypto, but almost every news coming out of crypto today is negative.

Almost everyone with a computer has had contact with AI through ChatGPT, loads of AI tools are coming into the market each day, and there is an unofficial war between tech giants Google and Microsoft on who wins the AI war.

These new AI innovations have also pressured tech companies to add AI features so users don’t dump them for a smarter new kid on the block.

Following this trend, Notion released Notion AI to give users a better experience within Notion through a lot of AI hand-holding.

In this video, I want to share my first impressions of Notion’s new AI capabilities as a long-time Notion user of 2 years. Notion has always been my go-to productivity tool, and I’ve eagerly anticipated their AI features’ launch. In this video, I’ll be taking a closer look at how Notion AI works, how it can enhance my productivity and my overall thoughts on this exciting new addition to Notion.

I decided to use Notion AI to do 3 of the most common tasks everyone (myself included) uses it for, which are:

• To Plan my day (Task Management)
• Take some research notes (Note-taking)
• Plan the outline and videos for my new Nodejs course (Content Planning)
